How It Works

Ordering your keepsake is designed to be simple from start to finish.

Whether you already know exactly what you’d like or you’re starting with just a few ideas, I’ll guide you through the whole process.

1. Choose your keepsake

Browse the collection and choose the keepsake that best suits the person or occasion you’re celebrating.

If you’re unsure which option is right, I’m always happy to help.

2. Place your order

Complete your order through the website.

Don’t worry if you don’t have all your photographs or ideas ready yet—we’ll go through everything together afterwards.

3. I’ll be in touch

Within 1–2 working days, I’ll contact you to collect your photographs, hear your ideas and discuss everything you’d like included.

Whether it’s favourite places, meaningful objects, beloved pets or little inside jokes, we’ll make sure the important details are captured.

4. Your illustration is created

I’ll begin creating your keepsake by hand using ink, with watercolour and acrylic paint added where your chosen style includes colour.

If needed, I’ll keep in touch throughout the process to make sure everything feels right.

5. Beautifully packaged and delivered

Every Little & Always order is carefully protected before being beautifully wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon with a Little & Always tag.

Larger illustrations are protected with a sturdy backing board and cello sleeve. Little Keepsakes are protected in a cello sleeve and posted in a sturdy card-backed envelope.

If your order is being sent directly as a gift, I can also include a complimentary printed gift message.

UK orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service and are covered up to £75. Once dispatched, delivery will usually take 2–3 working days.

Please remember that this delivery estimate begins once your illustration has been completed and dispatched.

Need something a little different?

If you have an idea that doesn’t quite fit one of the products on my website, I’d still love to hear from you.

Whether you’re looking for a different size, a completely bespoke commission or something a little unusual, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.
