As all items are bespoke and made to order, returns and refunds are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

Each illustration is created entirely by hand, meaning subtle variations in style, texture and detail are part of the artwork’s unique character and should be expected.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Little and Always within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so this can be resolved as quickly as possible.
