Shipping and delivery

Custom illustrations usually take around 1–2 weeks to create once I have received your photographs and we have agreed on the details. Turnaround times may vary depending on the product and level of detail, but I’ll keep you updated throughout.

UK delivery costs £2.99. Orders are sent using a tracked Royal Mail service, are covered up to £75 and will usually arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Please remember that the delivery estimate begins once your illustration has been completed and dispatched.

Every order is carefully protected and beautifully wrapped before being posted. If you’re sending your order directly as a gift, I can also include a complimentary printed gift message.

If you need your order for a particular date, please contact me before ordering. I’ll always be honest about whether I can complete it in time.
